Job summary

Two Coast Living in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on our multifamily properties. This hands-on role supports work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs, ensuring safety and high standards of appearance.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC background, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and ability to respond quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• Experience with general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment; assist with general property upkeep.
