Job summary

Two Coast Living, a real estate investment and property management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for its Baton Rouge multifamily property. The role focuses on routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure operations run smoothly and residents experience a safe, well‑maintained living environment.

This hands‑on position supports daily work orders and team collaboration.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
HVAC Certification preferred.
EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC‑related work.
Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
