Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Montage at Fair Oaks in Citrus Heights, CA. This full-time on-site role supports routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across residential properties, addressing resident needs and safety.

You will perform light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work, respond to work orders quickly, and help keep buildings and amenities in top condition. A 2-year degree and HVAC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
