Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician II for Addison Place in Boca Raton, FL. You will perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, addressing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry tasks to keep the property safe and attractive.

The role emphasizes prompt work-order responses, high resident satisfaction, and teamwork with maintenance and property management. A strong safety focus and willingness to be on-call are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC Certification preferred; EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to work orders promptly and prevent issues from escalating.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and assist team members as needed.
