Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Pomona, CA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, and to keep community facilities in top condition.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to rotate on-call duties. You’ll maintain safety standards and support preventative maintenance across the property.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies.
