Job summary

Sares Regis Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our 384-unit community in Austin, TX. You will handle turnover and maintenance requests, performing electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and HVAC repairs to keep interiors and common areas in great condition.

The role requires 6+ months in multiple trades, a high school diploma or GED, and weekend availability. We offer a competitive package with a 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint and appliance work.
• Ability to read service orders and safety instructions; communicate effectively.
• OSHA knowledge and MSDS awareness; able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle turnover and renewal unit maintenance and resident service requests.
• Perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting) including HVAC and appliances.
• Operate shop tools and fabricate simple components as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and keep storage orderly.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
