Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders and safety/maintenance docs.
• Professional interaction with residents, coworkers and vendors; OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Turnover and renovate units; respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform external and internal repairs (drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC).
• Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as scheduled.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Fabricate and repair cabinets, counters, and wood structures.
• Maintain inventory and related paperwork; keep facilities organized.
