Job summary

American Property Management is seeking an on-site maintenance professional for our 160-unit senior tax-credit community in the Bellevue area. The role requires living within 30 miles of the property and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime for project needs.

Compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour with bonuses and benefits. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in multifamily or hotel maintenance, basic hand tools, and a proven record of

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent-ready and ensure curb appeal.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain grounds, lawns, and common areas to company standards.
• Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal.
• Follow the Operations Manual and safety protocols.
