Atlantic Residential is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our Lumen Fox Valley community in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance with EPA certification or a plan to obtain it, supported by the company.

Expect a safety-conscious, resident-focused professional who can work Tuesday–Saturday and handle on-call rotations, emergency service, and preventive maintenance tasks across the property.

Qualificações

• EPA-certified or motivated to certify with company support
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
• Background in multifamily or residential property maintenance preferred
• Safety-conscious and customer-focused with strong work ethic

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional image and resident welfare.
• Report to supervisor on work assignments and provide timely updates.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service by participating in on-call rotations.
• Notify supervisor of needed parts and supplies.
• Leave written notices with residents about work performed.
• Inspect conditions of occupied apartments and report issues.
• Perform make-ready tasks in turnover units as directed.
• Keep property clean and orderly; manage trash and waste.
• Assist in snow removal when needed to ensure access.
• Know location of water, gas, and power shutoffs and emergency contacts.
• Collaborate on preventive maintenance for HVAC, furnaces, and common areas.
• Monitor vacant apartments and maintain inventory of tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and conduct monthly inspections.
• Commit to safe work practices at all times and report repairs promptly.
