Harbor Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's physical integrity and appearance, ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform routine maintenance, handle resident requests, and support efficient property operations.

The role involves hands-on tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Customer-service oriented with ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Mansioni

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system and complete repairs per standards and codes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by inspections, punch lists, scheduling contractors, and quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of amenities and common areas via cleaning and minor upkeep.
• Monitor inventory and manage tools and materials; notify supervisors when reorders are needed.
• Support safety policies by attending meetings and OSHA training; report incidents accurately.
• Inspect vendor work to ensure quality and scope compliance; assist in property inspections.
