Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the property's physical condition, safety, and appearance while supporting daily operations. You will handle routine maintenance and respond to resident service requests in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience incl. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily maintenance experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests using a work order system and meet safety standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient and safe operation.
