Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Alexan Woodinville. You will supervise and perform technical maintenance to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will manage up to 5 staff, coordinate with vendors, and help develop budgets for regular repair and capital projects. Housing discounts and robust benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and carpentry; roofing materials knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• Professional demeanor and appearance expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work by service team and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts; manage supplies within budget.
• Assist in budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
