You will manage work orders, inspections, safety programs, budgeting, vendor coordination, and training to uphold OSHA and HazCom standards while delivering exceptional resident service.

This on-site role requires EPA/Lead compliance knowledge and a valid driver’s license; GSC offers

Qualifications

• Experience supervising service staff and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HazCom, asbestos, lead paint, and safety programs.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians, carpenters, turnover coordinators, and staff.
• Oversee on-site service operations including work orders and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections and reports.
• Review budgets and monitor operating expenses.
• Coordinate vendor services for turnovers and maintenance.
• Lead training and safety program compliance.
