A valid driver’s license and a year of janitorial/grounds experience are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues as necessary.
• Assist maintenance staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
