EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual preferred. Compensation includes quarterly increases after 90 days and a $40/month cell phone allowance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience at multi‑family communities.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or EPA Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion; supervise in‑house and vendor work.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings/grounds.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance and grounds staff; assist with hiring decisions.
