Qualifications

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to meet schedules.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds; supervise in‑house and vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA standards and a safe work environment.
