Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor (Live-In) for our Spring Hill, FL community. The role oversees daily repairs, vacant unit turnover, and service request management, with a 40-hour schedule Monday–Friday and on-call weekends.

Competenze

• 4+ years maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in multi-family apartment communities, preferably luxury or Class A.
• Experience with Yardi software products a plus.
• EPA 1/2 or EPA Universal Technician license required; valid Driver's License.

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines.
• Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
