The role involves supervising staff, coordinating vendor work, and ensuring timely turnover of vacant units. Qualifications include 4+ years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and English/Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience at multifamily properties with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to meet deadlines.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview and train maintenance and grounds personnel; supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Update logs and records; ensure OSHA standards and safe work environment.
