Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a property’s maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and uphold Peak Simply Service Standards. The role is hands-on 60–70% of the time with supervision of associates and contractors.

Qualifications include 2+ years in maintenance supervision, High School diploma, EPA Type II, and CPO preferred. The candidate should live within 30 miles of the property and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff and outside contractors for timely service requests.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Supervise turn events and prepare vacant units for marketing within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed across all tasks.
