Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Hampton Greens. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage work orders, and ensure the community meets Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and basic carpentry.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders from resident requests.
• Oversee makes-ready process for vacant apartments and move-ins.
• Develop standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Inspect work by service team and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Support safety meetings and OSHA compliance.
• Contribute to budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects.
