Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Ballard Yards to oversee technical work ensuring clean, safe, and functional community spaces. This role includes hands-on repairs, supervising staff, and coordinating with vendors.

You will contribute to budgeting, develop maintenance standards, and uphold Greystar's high service levels across indoor and outdoor areas while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance management.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• Strong customer service and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise up to 5 staff.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and schedule contractors.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget for repairs and parts.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across property.
