Harbor Group Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Kissimmee, FL to lead a multifaceted maintenance team and ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality across the community.

The role requires strong technical skills, customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance, including turnover/make-ready.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• General maintenance expertise: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required by property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Respond to resident requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work; manage budget and inventory.
