RADCO is seeking a skilled maintenance professional with leadership experience to inspire a team and uphold high standards at our properties in Raleigh. The role focuses on building preventative maintenance programs, staff development, and budget oversight to ensure operational excellence.

Formación

• 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and/or maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergencies.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budget to forecast operating standards.
• Ensure maintenance supplies and materials are stocked and ordered as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to resident requests in a calm, timely manner.
• Provide on-call emergency support with after-hours incentives.
