Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-The Marigold in Charlotte, NC. Lead a maintenance team, implement preventive programs, and manage budgets while ensuring timely service to residents.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA Type I & II certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role includes on-call duties, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Strong arithmetic, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read a budget and manage maintenance expenses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budgets to forecast operations.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and materials ordered as needed.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Respond calmly to resident requests and concerns.
• Perform on-call emergency service with after-hours responsiveness.
• Demonstrate RADCO values in daily interactions.
• May transport parts and equipment as required.
• Travel within local market area as needed.
