Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Property Manager to lead and grow a multifamily community in Raleigh, NC. You will empower the office and maintenance teams, drive marketing plans, and safeguard financial performance while maintaining exceptional resident services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, strong budgeting and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and YARDI. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry.
• Strong marketing skills with ability to develop a property marketing plan.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to read and interpret financial reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with residents and team.
• Ability to de-escalate customer service concerns and lead a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; YARDI experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Train and empower office and maintenance teams through regular feedback.
• Assist in budget prep and manage expenses to meet property goals.
• Oversee office operations, policies, curb appeal, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to align initiatives with goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and timely responses to concerns.
• Drive client/owner relations with tours, updates, and KPI reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and travel within local market as needed.
