Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Andover Crabtree property in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure completion of service requests promptly. The role requires strong leadership and budgetary oversight in a multifamily setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA Type I & II certifications, and a willingness to develop within a team-focused company that rewards performance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build or maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergency repairs.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating a community budget to forecast and maintain standards.
