Brookside Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Nashville. This hands-on leadership role requires strong HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and prior apartment maintenance supervision.

The ideal candidate will guide a maintenance team, handle resident service requests, and oversee preventative maintenance to keep the property in top condition while supporting occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite maintenance operations and oversee the maintenance team.
• Prioritize and complete resident service requests and repairs.
• Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall and other systems.
• Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors.
