Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bedford Place Apartments in Ringgold, GA. You will oversee maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities, and ensure timely completion of service requests and unit make-readies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Strong HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• General maintenance skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Willingness to take after-hours/on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests, repairs, and unit make-readies promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising service/grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work as needed.
• Monitor inventory and stay within maintenance budget.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations compliance.
