Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Hudson on the Greenway in Knoxville, TN. Lead maintenance operations, supervise a team, and ensure timely, high-quality service for residents at the community.

The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily supervisory experience, EPA certification, and strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. A High School diploma or GED is required. Opportunities for growth and a stable, supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
EPA Certification is required.
High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance operations for the apartment community.
Supervise and support a maintenance team to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold community standards.
