Brookside Properties, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Condos at the Villager and Hunter’s Court Townhomes.

This hands-on role oversees a 94-door community, leads a maintenance, custodial, and grounds team, and delivers exceptional resident service. Required are strong HVAC skills with EPA Type II or Universal certification, plus 2+ years in multifamily supervision, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience.
• Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Manage after-hours repair calls promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget.
• Supervise vendors and in-house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
