Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Condos at the Villager and Hunter’s Court Townhomes in Murfreesboro, TN. This role requires hands-on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.

The position emphasizes supervising a small team, responding to after-hours calls, and ensuring safety and compliance across buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience.
• Strong HVAC experience with EPA certification.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
• Able to respond to after-hours calls.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Physical ability for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment following safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Manage after-hours repair calls promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget.
• Supervise vendors and in-house staff with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
