Job summary

Harbor Group Management Co. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team at a Marlborough, MA community. You will supervise staff, handle service requests, and coordinate with vendors to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities safe and presentable.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, minimum 1 year of supervision, and strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry. EPA Universal or HVAC cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in multifamily property maintenance with turnover/make-ready experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to resident requests and complete work orders per standards and timelines.
• Oversee make-ready, inspections, vendor scheduling, and quality checks.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and supervise in-house and contractor work.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and manage inventory within budget.
