Qualifications

• Provide complete support to Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in upholding standards and procedures.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Schedule daily activities efficiently with Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
• Maintain shop, equipment, and inventory control.
• Tour routes and models to ensure they look their best.
• Report major repairs and requisitions prior to expenditures.
