Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and coordinate vendor activities across our multifamily communities. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident service, timely repairs, and strong curb appeal while maintaining safety, codes, and budget adherence.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure quality move-ins, on-call support, and ongoing preventive maintenance programs that extend the life of the property and enhance resident

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and deliver strong customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendors with safety standards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and policies.
