Advanced Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas, NV. The role is full-time and involves on-site, physical maintenance work across the property, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and coordinating with the Property Manager. The candidate should have an HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication is essential for resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Vendor relations knowledge and all phases of apartment and preventive maintenance including appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall.
• Must read, speak, write and understand English.
• Problem solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Physical ability for sitting, walking, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance to maintain and enhance property value.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in all maintenance tasks.
• Maintain property safety programs and preventive maintenance.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly, within 24 hours when possible.
• Order parts and communicate delays to Manager and Residents.
• Adhere to safety policies and keep hazardous materials MSDS records.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and monitor vacant units.
