Job summary

Elevation Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily and senior housing properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and keep buildings, grounds, and amenities safe and functional.

The role requires strong electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge, plus attention to detail, reliability, and customer-focused service. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
• HVAC certification required, with additional training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnose issues, and repair to safety standards.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Help control costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Follow safety policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required training.
• Provide courteous service to residents and address maintenance questions and concerns.
• Participate in routine property inspections to identify safety needs and report to management.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and special projects as directed.
