Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required or must have access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and other maintenance-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to protect and preserve community assets.
• Ensure interior and exterior property maintenance aligns with company standards and compliance.
• Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a positive resident experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
