Job summary

Hirebridge LLC in Dickinson, ND is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks assigned by the maintenance supervisor, while upholding the highest standards of customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and carpentry; basic HVAC and grounds care; completing work orders promptly, assisting with emergencies, and promoting safety and professionalism with residents and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Address HVAC, grounds maintenance and other tasks per state guidelines.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies such as storms, snow removal, fires or floods.
• Promote safety and professional conduct with residents and colleagues.
