Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our apartment community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on efficient maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance tasks, ensuring timely completion of service requests.

You will work as part of a team to preserve the community, follow safety standards, and participate in preventive maintenance programs, with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
