RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team and safeguard property operations at RPM standards. You will manage budgets, oversee repairs, and ensure timely, safe, and compliant service across the community.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, after-hours availability, and mentoring staff to deliver efficient, quality maintenance while keeping residents satisfied.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management.

Aufgaben

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper maintenance of property and grounds.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, fire codes, OSHA compliance and construction projects.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with property manager and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team to improve skills and performance.
