RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring safe upkeep of the property and adherence to RPM standards within budget.

The role aims to improve resident satisfaction by timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and proactive cost control, while mentoring a skilled maintenance team and operating on-site across the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience – Preferred
• EPA certification required
• CPO – Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Manage the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the community, including compliance with fire and safety codes.
• Troubleshooting and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Liaise with the property manager and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team members and conduct regular inspections.
