RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of our apartment community. You will assume Maintenance Manager duties when they are unavailable and coordinate a range of maintenance tasks with residents and staff.

The role requires an EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Preference given to those with CPO certification and multifamily experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO – Preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and respond to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents, team members, and supervisors.
