Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a multi-property portfolio and lead the on-site technicians. You will handle general upkeep, repairs, and turnover tasks across buildings, coordinating with property managers and residents while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work with a hands-on team, travel between sites, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation. A valid driver’s license and multi-site leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Facilities or property maintenance leadership experience is required; multifamily preferred.
• Multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Hands-on capability across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance across a multi-property portfolio and lead the technicians who support it.
• Supervise and direct maintenance technicians across multiple sites.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Oversee make-readies, cleaning, and painting during unit turns.
• Coordinate snow removal and grounds oversight.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with property managers and residents.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Travel between properties—one located ~45 minutes west and two others ~1 hour east—planning a couple trips per week.
