Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain the property to RPM standards while keeping costs within budget. The role enhances resident satisfaction through timely, safe repairs and effective leadership of maintenance staff.

The position requires supervisory experience, EPA certification, and HVAC/electrical/plumbing troubleshooting expertise. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the community, including compliance with fire and safety codes and construction projects.
