Harbor Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in a Texas multifamily community. The role leads the maintenance team, handles service requests, and coordinates with vendors to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

The supervisor will perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and ensure timely completion of work orders while upholding Harbor Group’s standards. Emergency on-call availability is required, including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Three years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification.
• Proficiency with diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing solutions.
• Experience with Property Management software and maintenance ticketing systems.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general property issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds; maintain inventory and budget adherence.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and external contractor work; perform monthly preventative maintenance.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and comply with OSHA and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
