Job summary

Bridge Property Management in Las Vegas seeks a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a Las Vegas apartment community. You will lead hands-on maintenance, manage vendors, develop staff, and ensure property readiness and high resident satisfaction.

You will schedule unit turns, conduct safety inspections, manage budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and provide advanced HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification Type I/II or Universal required; CAMT preferred in some portfolios.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations across at least 1 apartment community ensuring consistent service standards and resident satisfaction.
• Supervise, schedule, and prioritize daily maintenance activities including service requests and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Develop maintenance staff through coaching and mentorship to build technical capability and career readiness.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, monitor quality and timely completion of repairs.
• Direct unit turns and scheduling to minimize vacancy days and ensure move-in readiness.
