Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff across a multi-family community. You will supervise trades, enforce safety standards, and ensure interiors and exteriors are well-kept for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include coordinating grounds, preparing units for new residents, performing routine inspections, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong supervisory and customer-service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance staff and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure community and grounds are in good repair and safe for residents.
• Inspect community and grounds regularly and identify repair needs.
• Maintain lawns and coordinate outdoor service from approved vendors.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage trash disposal.
