Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across our communities. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate vendor services, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications, and strong supervisory and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
• EPA 608 Type I & II certifications and CPO certification required.
• Ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and email.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise maintenance staff and conduct appraisals.
• Maintain community grounds and ensure a safe, attractive environment.
• Inspect facilities, coordinate repairs and vendor services as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage trash removal.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend trainings.
