Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams at one of our communities. The role oversees interior and exterior repairs, grounds upkeep, and safety compliance to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

The candidate will supervise staff, coordinate vendor services, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests while upholding Bell Partners’ standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Type I/II certifications required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance associates.
• Maintain community grounds and ensure safety/attractiveness for residents.
• Inspect and repair community facilities and grounds; coordinate vendor services.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage waste disposal.
• Ensure safety compliance and regular attendance at meetings.
