As Leasing Agent, you will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and lease negotiations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and applicable leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants, providing a positive first impression.
• Assist prospective tenants through the leasing process and answer questions.
• Build rapport with tenants and maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units and amenities.
• Explain lease terms, rent procedures, and fees.
• Assist with application process and ensure documentation is complete.
• Conduct tenant screenings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with lease negotiations and document reviews.
